The only thing keeping Florida voters from being able to say whether or not they want an amendment to the state constitution that would legalize medical marijuana is the Florida Supreme Court. The Florida Supreme Court could still reject the ballot language — and any vote along with it — but organizers expressed jubilation Friday that an expensive, last-minute push at least fulfilled the signature requirements for citizen-initiated amendments.
