Nothing says “Grandma’s house” quite like sugar cookies. With a new twist on a classic recipe these tasty infused treats will have you staring at your cat’s water dish in no time.

Caution: These cookies are potent.


1 cup cannabutter, softened
1 cup sugar
1 cup sifted powdered sugar
2 eggs
1 cup infused canola oil
1 tsp. vanilla
4 cups sifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cream of tartar
½ tsp. salt


Cream together cannabutter and sugars until it fluffs up. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each one.

Blend in canola oil and vanilla.

Sift together flour, baking soda, cream of tartar and salt. Slowly add dry ingredients to creamed mixture; mix well.

Chill dough in refrigerator 8 hours or overnight.

Remove from refrigerator and shape dough in balls the size of a walnut. Place balls about 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheets.

Bake in 350° oven 10 to 12 minutes or until done. Remove from baking sheets; cool on racks.
